Week 6

In the practical this week we looked at Mise-en-scene. Mise-en-scene is being able to immediately tell what an environment is by the scenery.

For the practical we had to choose a historical figure in history and develop 20 questions that would slowly expose who it was. Our class consists of 4 groups of people that all choose different figures. We chose Julius Caesar, an emperor of the Roman empire for those who do not know, and the first question was "Made an appearance in the cartoon Asterix".

We had our character guessed in one question ( THE UNBEARABLE SHAME) with the longest one team held out was 13 questions. Though I will raise the point they choose questions that were more questions that would be in a game of trivia then question that would easily paint the scene for the other groups.

The Task:

Given no games to play we where tasked with making an environment, that a viewer would be able to recognize it just be looking at it.Here is watch I made.

From the this picture you should be able to tell it is space.
